I hope your new year is off to a gentle start. How’s your true kinship journey going thus far?

Mine’s not going how I thought it would go, but how it needs to go. There’s both a freedom and an anxiety in saying that.

Food for thought: When you are greeting animals, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re approaching them, talking to them or feeding them. It can be you’re on the periphery of their awareness, being open to them taking you in and observing you. When that happens, the pacing of a possible connection comes from them, not you.

Greeting an animal in that way takes on a more mutual connection instead of a colonized connection. See the difference? Contact me if you have questions.
