Upcoming Zoom Gathering

I’m planning on scheduling a live zoom call before the end of March. I’m looking forward to it and I can honestly say it’s going to be like one I’ve never done before! Here’s why:

1. This will be a practice in reciprocity and will have 4 different pay points for the same material - $7, $27, $47, $47+. What you give in reciprocity is up to you.

2. I don’t have a curriculum or topic in mind - for those of you who have known me for awhile, I know that’s shocking, if not downright unbelievable! 🫢🫢🫢 Instead, I want to know what you’d like to experience, to talk about, what you would find interesting or helpful. I’ve listed some ideas if you’d like to use them as fodder to come up with your own….

True Kinship: Your Choice, Your Convenience

This table makes me think of the mystery board game Clue, where players solved the mystery by deducing “who, how and where”. My favorite game as a kid!

Maybe it’s the same with true kinship, only instead of deducing “who, how and where” you’re discerning which form of true kinship aligns with your lifestyle, values & intentions. What way works best for you?

You, Me, Reciprocity & Creeping Charlie

Personally, some of the reasons I have felt called to explore and practice reciprocity is because it builds community with energy, it’s low maintenance and it’s co-creative. It reminds me of a ground cover I used in Minnesota - creeping charlie. I saw many benefits to hosting creeping charlie in the yard - the aroma, it’s low-maintenance, it attracted pollinators and it helped control erosion.

Just like reciprocity it created some good things.

My online work is energetically & freely given so you see animals with different eyes, relating to them as kin & not 'just' an animal. If you’ve been affected, inspired or encouraged by it, let’s work together in reciprocity.

Reciprocity, once it is started, is much like creeping charlie, purposeful with low maintenance. In this day and age, most anything that is purposeful, filled with good intent and low maintenance is good, IMO. With reciprocity, you give when you can, and when you can’t, you don’t. Quite simple. Much gratitude for working together this way!
