Office Update

Hello folx,

I am looking at purchasing an ergonomic office chair & have found one on sale for $99.00 from $169. It will give me the extra support for long term sitting as I work and I will be able to roll it instead of having to pick it up to move it. The kitchen chair I’m currently using offers none of those benefits and my back and hips are feeling it!

I know times are challenging for folx and you may not be able to make a financial contribution. I get it! If that’s the case, how about subscribing to the free version of this newsletter, sharing it with like minded friends & inviting them to subscribe, leaving a comment or cheering me on?

Your contribution is invaluable, in whatever way you decide to do it! Gratitude! 😘

Become a paying member to this newsletter. Beginning at $7.00USD monthly, if you’re looking for connection to the true kinship with animal world, this is a great place to start.

Acknowledgement

I respectfully acknowledge the teachings and wisdom behind true kinship with animals is from Indigenous people whose lives, teachings and lifestyles were annihilated by the colonizers only to later be appropriated into colonized culture.

I am not amplifying those Indigenous voices and teachings but using colonized language to express what was appropriated from them and my colonized understanding of that.

I acknowledge the descendants of the original peoples, witnessing their history and stories. I respect their connection to the animals and to the earth.
